Online or In Person?
Either option is available and both are valuable. Online allows you to join from your own safe space, and provides flexibility. In person can provide some distance from your home space and a neutral ground. Evidence suggests that both are effective and the therapeutic alliance (the bond between therapist and client) can be created just as well online. It is a personal preference that we can discuss.
